📢 Comparative Tort Law Seminar Series Continues!
⚖️ As Bilkent University Faculty of Law, we are delighted to host the second session of the Comparative Tort Law Seminar Series, featuring distinguished scholars from around the world.
📚 This session’s lecture will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Jean-Sébastien Borghetti (Paris-Panthéon-Assas University), a leading expert in comparative contract and tort law.
🔎 Prof. Borghetti is a professor of private law at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas. After studying business administration and finance at HEC Paris, he earned his PhD in law at the Sorbonne. Since 2009, he has been teaching various civil law subjects with a focus on contract and tort law in a comparative perspective. Prof. Borghetti has also taught in the United Kingdom and the United States, participated in several commissions on the reform of French law, and served as an expert on French law in international litigation.
