Bilkent University Faculty of Law held the opening ceremony of the Erdal Onar Seminar Room on 15 December 2025, which was established in honor of Prof. Dr. Erdal Onar in acknowledgment of his valuable contributions to legal education.
The ceremony was attended by Bilkent University Rector Prof. Dr. Kürşat Aydoğan, along with academics and distinguished guests. During the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Erdal Onar’s academic legacy and his lasting impact on the legal community were emphasized.
Following the opening remarks, participants had the opportunity to visit the newly inaugurated seminar room, which will serve as a venue for academic discussions, seminars, and scholarly exchange within the Faculty of Law.
