Bringing together leading scholars and practitioners in the fields of European and international migration law, international protection, migration governance, and private international law, the conference will address the evolving multi-level legal framework of migration management.
The program features a keynote address by Prof. Dr. James Hathaway and thematic discussions on migration management in Türkiye, EU migration law, private international law aspects of migration and international protection.
Organized as an activity of the Jean Monnet Chair, the Conference aims to contribute to doctrinal and policy debates on the legal regulation of migration at the European and international levels and to reinforce academic dialogue among scholars.
