As the Bilkent University Faculty of Law, together with the Bilkent Human Rights Center, we were honoured to host an enlightening lecture by Tomás Kevin Manguel, an esteemed International Criminal Lawyer, on “International Criminal Justice: The Interplay Between Universal Jurisdiction and the International Criminal Court” on 4 November 2025 at the Library Art Gallery.
