📍 As Bilkent University Faculty of Law, we held the first session of the “Diplomacy and Law Seminars” series on 19 February 2026 at the Library Art Gallery, featuring Ambassador (Ret.) Ertuğrul Apakan with his talk titled “The Lausanne Balance: An Assessment of the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean Issues.” The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ece Göztepe.
