📍 As Bilkent University Faculty of Law, we held a new session of the Public Law Seminars series on 17 December 2025 at the Library Art Gallery, featuring Dr. Gönenç Hacaloğlu with his talk titled “A Historical and Political-Economic Approach to International Law: International Law Through the Lens of Dependency Theory.”
