The Jean Monnet Chair on the Legal Dimensions of Migration Management in the European Union and Türkiye held a Seminar on Migration and International Protection Law.
The seminar addressed in detail the international law dimensions of migration movements, states’ protection obligations, and practical challenges in Türkiye. Participants engaged in discussions based on recent judicial decisions and the perspective of European Union law.
