As Bilkent University Faculty of Law, we were delighted to host the seminar titled “The Non-Refoulement Principle in the Judgments of the Constitutional Court and the ECtHR” on 22 October 2025 at the Library Art Gallery.
Held within the framework of the European Union – Council of Europe Joint Project Supporting the Individual Application to the Constitutional Court in Türkiye, the event featured Ms. Konul Gasimova, Head of the Türkiye Unit at the Council of Europe, and Ms. Gizem Ceren Demir Koşar, Rapporteur at the Turkish Constitutional Court.
The seminar was moderated by Assist. Prof. Ayşe Dicle Ergin, Director of the Bilkent Human Rights Center.
