📍 As Bilkent University Faculty of Law, we held the second session of the “Diplomacy and Law Seminars” series on 26 February 2026 at the Library Art Gallery. The session featured Ambassador (Ret.) Ertuğrul Apakan with his talk titled “The 1959–1960 Cyprus Agreements: From Political and Legal Issues to the 1974 Intervention.” The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ece Göztepe.
