📍 As Bilkent University Faculty of Law, we held the fifth session of the “Diplomacy and Law Seminars” series on 2 April 2026 in B-102. The session featured Ambassador (Ret.) Ertuğrul Apakan with his talk titled “Russia-Ukraine War and the European Security Architecture – II.” The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ece Göztepe.
