📍 As Bilkent University Faculty of Law, we held the fourth session of the “Diplomacy and Law Seminars” series on 26 March 2026 at the Library Art Gallery. The session featured Ambassador (Ret.) Ertuğrul Apakan with his talk titled “Russia-Ukraine War and the European Security Architecture – I.” The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ece Göztepe.
