📍 As Bilkent University Faculty of Law, we held the third session of the “Diplomacy and Law Seminars” series on 5 March 2026 at the Library Art Gallery. The session featured Ambassador (Ret.) Ertuğrul Apakan with his talk titled “The United Nations Negotiation Process on Cyprus: Positions and Contradictions.” The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ece Göztepe.
